Wow that sounds so exciting. Although I'm not sure if I could move to another country, I don't know if I would get use to it. But at the same time I would be so excited. Keep us posted.

Personally, I would prefer living in Australia too, the pollution rate - air, noise, and even smell (pukes) in Asia is bad... Countries like HK, China, Malaysia, Viet etc. are so polluted, the dust coats you with no mercy within one minute stroll... In the cities anyway... What I'm saying is, Australia has better air, and their development is more organized, although they have large population too, but they're well developed so that there won't be a crowd at one spot, making life hectic, places get dirty faster, and smoke pollution too - this is the case with most of Asia countries... I'm not saying Australia is free of pollution, but have to admit their development is more systematic and thus everything is spread out including their pollution, it feels quite refreshing even if you walk in their streets unlike in our countries (in cities)... However, yea, it would be harder to get your hands on TVB series etc, I guess that is all part of the adjustment of life when you move... And in HK you see the HK stars walking down the streets every other day, in Aussie, its going to be once in a life time, or at most few times in a lifetime thing, that is even if you make the effort to meet them... hehe.. Conclusion less access to entertainment... I also think moving there would be good for English, actually good in general for education, Perth, Sydney after all are most parents' ideal place for education esp Asians, and affordable too... Either way, wish u best of luck!
