Michelle Ye is the type of person who starts skin care at the age of 14 and at the age of 25, she is prepared for her health (for aged days), and continuously studies the good remedies for healthcare.
"In TVB, I see a lot of seniors of more than a decade suffering from exhaustion and injuries. Plus, after being admitted into ER after eating a salmon fish, which caused me cholera, I begin to fear death even more! Ever since, I have begun worrying about my health as I realize my immune system and health is nowhere comparable to my days in teens, thus I put in more effort in hopes for longer life. Now I even add American ginseng (faa kei saam) to my drinking water, have a serving of bird's nest every day, as well as faa gaau etc. I am not afraid of aging, so what if I have wrinkles, but I must live healthily!"
