Generally, we accept everyone's post / participation in this forum openly as long as it abides by our rules and regulations
(1) Category (E.g: Welcome Realm, Bulletin Realm, Gallery Realm, etc.)
First, categorize your thread according to our categories:
Welcome Realm:
When you want to learn about us, contact staff, need help, give suggestions / join the staff.
Bulletin Realm:
Any newsworthy materials such as announcement of Michelle's appearances, news, interesting articles / posts, magazine scans.
Project Realm:
Discussion of her works
Gallery Realm:
Anything regarding illustrations from Michelle's exclusive photos to your sketches etc.
Interactive Realm:
General discussion including introductions, fans clan division (RM/WM/MR) or your experience of meeting /knowing her, etc.
Exclusive Realm:
Only visible to IFR Realmers, where we provide long term download service and where Realmers can share their clips etc.
*****
(2) Formatting
Format of a post title:
(Date/Year) 'Title of post'
The date should be the occurence of your post, that is when the pic/news/article is published. If you're not sure of when, or if it is just a general topic you're creating, then you can forgo it and just directly put your title of post. Please make your title short, and simple BUT CLEAR
*****
(3) Proper English
We emphasize the use of proper English (grammar and spelling) for thread creators so that others can easily understand what you're saying. However, we will not impose this on replies for freedom of discussion.
*****
(4) Uniformity
When your post / thread refers to official works of Michelle, e.g her series, please use the names recognized by MYR.
E.g:
World's Finest (MYR standard)
World Number One / The Greatest in the World - (NOT approved)
This also apply to all other similar situations.
*****
(5) Stay on the Topic
Stick to the topic of the thread created. We tend to sway off. Your reply may contain out of topic discussion but it must also include something that relates to the topic otherwise it will be deleted.
Although the admins will go around moving threads to their correct boards (if placed incorrectly), please try to save us work by posting them in the right board directly.
Thank You! ;D
