Since everyone is having a hard time of relating their essay to Michelle's 28th bday / MYR's 1st Anniversary, I will change the theme, to just related to either Michelle / MYR in general
*REMINDER* UNLIKE the Quiz, each contestant is ENTITLED to win as MANY prizes as the number of his / her submissions, as long as each of his / her work is awarded points high enough to be in the winning ranks.

This is an open creativity contest. You may submit anything of your personal creation that pertains to Michelle or MYR.
Creations may be poems, slogans, posters, cards, wallpapers, other graphics, MVs, flash, songs, short essay (no chapters) or anything else you wish to create for this event (MYR 1st Anniversary / Michelle’s 28th birthday).

Terms & Regulations
MYR refers to time zone GMT +8 (Hong Kong, China, Malaysia, Singapore) where applicable.
1. This activity is open to all Realmers and secondary staff (non-EXECs).
2. ALL submitted works must be Realmer’s ORIGINAL & personal work.
3. ALL submitted works must be related to Michelle’s 28th birthday / MYR’s 1st anniversary.
4. MYR reserves the ownership rights of ALL submitted works automatically (Works may not be published elsewhere / by anyone else with exception to the original creator).
5. Reply your work(s) here (this thread). You may submit multiple times BUT for different work(s).
6. Three works with the highest scores will be picked as winners.
7. Results will be announced on the midnight of 14th Feb 2008.
8. Works will be accepted until midnight of 13th Feb 2008.
9. Decisions & results of Administrators are final.

Um, I'm writing an essay, and Michelle(obviously) is the main character. However...it isn't really related to her birthday...what do I do?? Can I just make her 28 years old in the story or something like that?? Someone, please enlighten me??

No one says its a must to write, you can make graphics / icons / flash / MVs, or just about anything you think you can achieve, you just need to somehow relate it to either of the 2 events we are celebrating on 14th Feb 08.
To both of you, and also any other interested but doubtful Realmers, do not be hesitant, we're not marking you solely on your work, we just want to encourage participation and enthusiasm among Realmers! We want this to be a fun thing, while a little competetion gives constructive and positive pressure to everyone to give their best. Show us your enthusiasm, and be surprise anybody can be a winner.

You can write about anything, as long as it somehow in one way or another connects to MYR 1st Annive / Michelle's 28th bday...
The essay can be one paragraph / 1 page, depends on yourself, BUT not too longs... We prefer it short... No chapters please, meaning all shud end within one chapter

It is very much up to u, but if u give us lyrics with no melody, it wud be quite 'song-less' unless u tell us wich tune we're suppose to sing it with, for example u compose a song lyric, but we sing it with Mary had a Little lamb melody (tune)... understood? ;P
Of course, we welcome whoever talented enough to compose their own melody...

Shang Guan Hai Tang, although, I've ever viewed your video, but that website now seem quite slow for me to load recently, therefore, for the judging tonight, hopefully you can upload it to youtube if possible, otherwise if any of the 3 judges can't access the website, we'll have to disqualify your submission.

sorry rain. I am very busy for the exam to take a scholarship to study in s'pore. It is very important to me. But I spent the whole lunar holiday making the video. Please sympathise me. This is my first self-made movie.
