Rules & Regulations - a.k.a 9 Realmer Commandments (9RC)

(1) No Defamation
You will not verbally / physically cause any defamation to MYR forum and Michelle Ye Xuan.

You will not spread negative contents that are not approved by the web team.

(2) No Spamming
You will not negatively influence the site (such as hacking / spamming / etc.).

SPAMMING - Making short meaningless / irrelevant posts. Posts under 5 words are considered spams. Currently only the Introduction board where any members can create their personal threads to socialize around is unrestricted to any kind of replies.

Double posting, repetitive advertisements and spamming is a serious offence, and MYR team will not hesitate to blacklist you and then BAN you without further warning on your second offense.

(3) Be Organized (Read How to Post for more details)
When you create a thread / poll, please be organized:

Create under the right board:
All kinds of polls & discussion should be created in the general discussion, staff will move your board if it belongs to another category / board.

Create with clear title:
Simple yet clear - so that other Realmers can easily browse for contents they're interested to read or discuss on. No net spelling in titles please - use PROPER English.

Uniformity:
If your post / thread uses series / movies name, please refer to our series / movies board for the recognized name in MYR. Do not use other names to avoid confusion.

E.g: World's Finest (MYR standard)
World No One (not approved)

You may also use initials - e.g: WF

This also applies to other similar situations.

Also:
Max avatars size: 100x100
Max signature size: 500x100

MOST Importantly - STICK to the TOPIC of thread

(4) Mutual Respect
Just as how MYR team takes your best interests into our account, you should take our best interest into your account.

Respect all staffs and other members, do not start a conflict in this forum.

(5) Be Responsible When Re-posting
Please DO NOT re-post any material that is taken off another site / forum without their permission (if it is needed). If you're unsure of whether they allow re-posting or not, DON'T re-post, until you've find out / ask any staff here to clear your doubts. MYR does not want to be responsible for you reckless re-posting!

(6) Give Credit
When you repost, be it from our site to your site / from other site to our site, please credit accordingly - to the originator and the site origin. Also, include the original MYR link of the article / news you copied.

E.g:
Credits: Rain @ michelle-ye.com
Original link: http://michelle-ye.com/bulletin/2006news

Rain --> Originator

michelle-ye.com --> site / forum origin

(7) No Double Accounts
Don't register for multiple accounts, this will mess up the forum. Our staff will check from time to time. Besides deleting the double account, we will also BLACKLIST the Realmer for setting up double accounts in the first place. Second offense will result in immediate banning.

If you're a staff of our collaborating sites / forums, and need two accounts, please inform any ADMIN (Nicole, Rain, Sayuri, Yuki) with a VALID reason. Only create your second account after you've gotten our permission.

If you can't activate your first account, inform the admin. Wait for us to delete that account before you create another one!

(8) ASK if doubtful
Being unsure and doubtful about anything has one and ONLY one solution ? contact our support team at MYRsupport@gmail.com / PM any admin. We're a very helpful team. We will get back to you within 24 hours. If you have not received any response after 24 hours, you can send another request, or post your problem in the Forum > Welcome Realm > Help & Support board.

(9) No Excuses (Read 'What to do when you're blacklisted/banned' for more details)
When you're banned / blacklisted, don't tell us, "I didn't know." BUT, we're forgiving souls, everybody gets one chance with a CONCRETE reason - mail us at MYRsupport@gmail.com. "I didn't know." doesn't count.

All Realmers are responsible to know the 9 simple Realmer Commandments (9RC). Everyone deserves a second chance, therefore, first offense will earn you a place in our blacklist, and second offense will win you an immediate banning.

There may be updates / amendments from time to time, all Realmers are expected to take the initiative to be updated with our rules.

If you are unwilling to co-operate, then Michelle Ye's Realm may not be for you. Of course, we are willing to welcome everyone with open arms, so please follow our rules! Have fun!

MYR does not want to be responsible for you reckless re-posting! We will also delete posts that have re-posted materials that were restricted by other sites.

If you have asked permission from that site, please PM any admin a copy of the permission give (eg: PM/email form), for our reference so that we can explain when the concerned party asks. If we dun get your PM, we'll just delete your post!
